With a diverse skill set and a track record of excellence, Gail has enjoyed a distinguished 10-year career that has encompassed asset management, sales, and leasing and ultimately specialised in facilities coordination and maintenance.

Gail’s professional journey has been illustrated by her adaptability, continuous personal growth, and the honour of collaborating with diverse and highly experienced professionals. Gail works closely with all stakeholders, leveraging their perspectives and ideas to create spaces that excel in functionality and adhere to the highest standards.

Before moving into commercial property, Gail devoted 12 years to the Mildura Rural City Council, where she was involved in amalgamating two Councils. She worked in the Assets, Planning and Building Department, later stepping away to raise a young family and overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of the family farming business.

In addition to her professional achievements, Gail’s deep connection to the regional community adds another layer of expertise and understanding to her approach. Her intimate knowledge of the region and her dedication to excellence position her as a valuable asset when dealing with the unique opportunities and challenges that arise.
