Commencing as Property Manager with Jones Lang Wootton in 1970 for four years, Graeme spent the following 14 years with Woolworths as Property Development Manager. Capitalising on his retail property expertise, he joined CB Richard Ellis in 1987 as the director of their Retail Agency Department.

Then in 1989, Graeme moved on to Burgess Rawson as Director and Principal where he helped create the firm’s dominance in the sale and leasing of retail property. In more recent years, he has been instrumental in establishing Burgess Rawson’s Portfolio Auction System in selling all forms of commercial property investments that are located Australia wide.
