Commercial property agencies are built through the work of many hands, but it’s fair to say Burgess Rawson owes a great deal of its recent success to the leadership to Ingrid.
Few agents anywhere in the industry are regarded as highly as Ingrid, both as a passionate property professional, and also as a beacon for women in real estate.
Trained under our founding partners before rising to head up Burgess Rawson’s Property Management department, in 2016 she was the unanimous choice to take our agency forward as Chief Financial Officer, then Managing Director in 2018 and now Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Our growth nationally in the ensuing years speaks to the strength and vision of her leadership.
In 2017 Ingrid began implementing her plan to strengthen the ties between our firms in five states, revolutionising the way we do business and creating a truly united, national approach. It was this platform that has allowed Burgess Rawson to prosper into Australia’s leading privately-owned commercial agency.
A trusted advisor and confidant to everyone from our most senior agents to our youngest and new staff members, Ingrid is recognised amongst Australia’s top-performing women in the real estate industry, and in 2020 was named Principal of the Year, winning the Overall Excellence Award in the REB Women in Real Estate Awards. In 2016 she was very deservedly named as a Telstra Businesswoman of the Year finalist.
Ingrid’s passion for excellence means she’s just as involved in the day-to-day work within our growing firm as she is in making the big decisions that shape Burgess Rawson’s future.
