Associate Director - Commercial Property Management

Kadison is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in the service industry, coupled with a robust understanding of delivering exceptional results to clients. His journey in the real estate realm began with residential sales, where he successfully facilitated the sale of land in partnership with the ACT Suburban Land Agency and ACT Government Housing & Community properties. Seeking to broaden his expertise, Kadison transitioned into Residential Property Management within Canberra’s Inner North, a pivotal step toward his aspiration to become a Commercial Manager. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Burgess Rawson, Kadison is driven by his commitment to optimizing outcomes for property owners and their investments.

Kadison’s unwavering dedication to professional growth is evident as he embarks on a journey to complete a Diploma of Project Management, underscoring his continuous pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement. His outstanding achievements include being honoured with the National Commercial Property Manager of the Year award by REIA in 2022 and the ACT Commercial Property Manager of the Year award by REIACT in 2021, attesting to his exceptional contributions to the industry.

Outside of real estate, Kadison finds enjoyment in various things, from watching sports to exploring new restaurants and he also values quality time spent with friends.
