A key attribute is Thomas;’ strong accounting and reconciliation skills, budget expertise and financial reporting, which has made him an invaluable asset.
Thomas has also been responsible for the facility management of more than 450 tenancies, coordinating minor and major capital repairs, collating quotations and presenting recommendations for clients.
