
A near-new Guzman y Gomez was one of eight Queensland properties sold under the hammer worth almost $20m in a portfolio auction that drew buyers nationally. The Mexican fastfood tenanted property at 29 Garden Rd, Richlands, sold for $4.2m during the latest Burgess Rawson auction in Brisbane. Burgess Rawson’s Campbell Bowers, who marketed the properties with Tom Lawrence, Craig Chapman and Andrew Havig, said the auction recorded a 100 per cent clearance rate and a total of $19.42m in transactions.
