Burgess Rawson kicks off 2023 with its first portfolio auction featuring six ECEC centres

07/02/2023

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its first portfolio auctions for 2023 will be held towards the end of February as it seeks to sustain momentum generated towards the end of last year.

“2022 was an incredible year for essential service assets such as ECEC centres which, despite serious concerns around the trajectory of interest rates and waning demand, closed out the year very strongly,’ Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.

“As we look ahead to 2023 we have been encouraged by the interest expressed across our network of purchasers in ECEC assets. It seems that despite interest rate increases and concerns over a slowing economy there is still strong underlying demand for these recession-proof centres.’

“In our first auction of 2023 we will be offering six high quality, long tenure and well located ECEC centres for sale. We anticipate demand to be robust and will look forward to sharing the results after the event.’
