We are excited to bring some incredible opportunities to market this month. Notable highlights include Woolworths in Cooma NSW, the first freestanding NSW Woolworths that’s been offered to market in two years.

Also being offered is a portfolio of 13 industrial properties leased to a Woolworths subsidiary, PFD Foods, with locations providing a geographical smorgasbord across New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia.

Our most recent October Portfolio was a success, with 32 properties sold, $84 million transacted, and a 91% success rate.

As has been the case throughout 2022, experienced investors have remained active in trading both in and out of commercial assets.
