As we approach the end of 2023, it’s a fitting time to look back on a year of replete with achievements and significant milestones.
Among the standout moments is the remarkable $34 million transaction of Robina Central on the vibrant Gold Coast, boasting an impressive yield of 5%. This achievement swiftly followed the sale of the iconic Bunnings in Collingwood.
Our most recent portfolio witnessed spirited bidding across the board, transacting a total volume of $63 million, with a notable focus on health. One of many highlights was a purpose-build asset leased to Ambulance Victoria which achieved a sale price of $3.03m, reflecting a firm yield of 3.96%.
Burgess Rawson continued its steadfast growth this year, with our team expanding throughout 2023. We are also proud to announce significant achievements including partner Yosh Mendis being honoured with the prestigious Annual REA Excellence Awards for Top Commercial Sales Agent in NSW.
